Spa Policies

  • Appointments scheduled online are not confirmed until you get a confirmation call from Treat Your Feet.
  • There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Once the 10-minute grace period is up, the appointment will automatically be canceled.
  • If your request is for a party of 4 or more or the couples massage room, you will need to call the store and reserve with a credit card.
  • It is the guest(s) responsibility to call and confirm their appointment 24 hours prior to the reservation. All unconfirmed reservations are subject to cancellation.
  • We require 24-hour notice for changes or cancellation to any reservation.
  • If you give less than a 24-hour notice, we will charge full price for all services booked.
  • If part of the party does not show up, we will still charge full price for each person that does not show. (Ex.) If only 3 people show for a reservation of 5 people, we will still charge for all 5 people.
  • The individual responsible for the reservation will be held accountable to make sure everyone has paid including all no shows. Those who arrive late will still be charged full price and get the remainder time of service.
