Spa Policies

  • Appointments scheduled online are not confirmed. It's a request only. You will get an email approving or denying your appointment.
  • Online appointments submitted after 8pm will not be received until the next business day.
  • All appointments have a 5-minute grace period. After 5-minutes it will be automatically canceled.
  • Nobody (including children) is allowed in the massage rooms unless they are being serviced.
  • Payments: We accept cash and credit cards. We do not accept Cash App, HSA or FSA cards.
  • For parties of 3 or more: A credit card is needed before the appointment can be confirmed. You must pay all services on one check.
  • Credit Card Policy: A credit card is required to hold reservations for parties of 3 or more. You will not be charged unless you fail to cancel or update the number of people 24-hours prior to your reservation. Upon arrival, the credit card is deleted. Cancellations or changes less than 24-hours prior to your reservation, you will be charged full price for all services that were booked. We do not issue any type of credit for those services not rendered.
  • Cancellation/No Show Policy: We require 24-hour notice for changes or cancellation to any reservation. Less than 24-hour notice, we will charge full price for all services booked. If part of the party does not show up, we will still charge full price for each person that does not show. For example, if 3 out of 5 people show up we still charge for all 5. Even if you get a 30 minute massage, you will still be charged the full amount.
  • Prenatal Massage Policy: In order to receive any type of prenatal massage (foot or body), you must be over 20 weeks pregnant. We do not provide services to those less than 20 weeks pregnant. When you arrive, please let the front desk know how many weeks you are.
  • Child Policy: We do not service children under the age of 6 years old. Children under the age of 6 years old are not allowed on property. Children ages 6-16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and receive a service to be on property.
  • Pet Policy: We do not allow any type of animals on property. Service dogs are permitted. We require that you schedule the appointment in advance and inform the staff prior to your appointment so that we can properly accommodate your request.
  • Allergies: If you have allergies or you are sensitive to certain lotions or oils, you are welcome to bring your own.
